Personal Care Aide / Caregiver - FT/PT- Starting at $16/hour
About The Position
Providence Place of Dover is seeking to recruit compassionate individuals who want to make a difference. Personal Care Aides assist the elderly residents as a caregiver, a resident assistant, a dining server and sometimes as a good friend. Our residents range in care from Independent Living (needing little or no assistance) to Personal Care (needing some help with dressing, bathing or mobility) to those needing memory care in a specially designed dementia neighborhood. Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required
- Must be a minimum of 18 years old
- Entry Level position - we will train you!
- Must be able to work EOW/EOH
Responsibilities
- Assists the elderly residents as a caregiver
- Assists the elderly residents as a resident assistant
- Assists the elderly residents as a dining server
- Acts as a friend to residents
Benefits
- Starting at $16.00 per hour
- Increase after successfully completing the first 60 days of employment

- $2 Shift Differential after 6:00pm
