About The Position
PeopleCare Health Services is hiring compassionate Caregivers to support clients in their homes with kindness, dignity, and respect. The role involves helping clients with personal care and daily living needs, creating a safe and comfortable home environment, and providing companionship and dependable support. Caregivers communicate with office staff and families about client needs and complete documentation accurately and on time. This is meaningful, personal work focused on bringing clients comfort, stability, and connection.
Requirements
- Be caring, dependable, and respectful, with an enjoyment of helping others.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
- Ability to travel up to 60 miles.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stay active during shifts.
Nice To Haves
- Caregiving, home care, CNA, or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
Responsibilities
- Help clients with personal care and daily living needs.
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
- Create a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment.
- Offer companionship, encouragement, and dependable support.
- Communicate with office staff and families about client needs.
- Complete documentation accurately and on time.
