About The Position
As a Caregiver, you will help improve clients’ quality of life by providing comfort, dignity, and support in their homes. The role involves personal care and assistance with daily living activities, along with companionship and household support. Schedules and weekly hours can grow based on your availability. The hourly pay range is $15.25–$17.75, with daily pay options available.
Requirements
- At least six months of experience providing care to elderly or disabled individuals, through professional or personal experience.
- A compassionate, patient, and dependable personality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation to travel to client homes.
- Ability to lift, stand, bend, and assist clients as needed, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance.
- Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and activities of daily living.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
- Perform housekeeping, laundry, and other household tasks.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to improve clients’ quality of life.
- Assist with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation to appointments when applicable.
- Promote a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for each client.
