About The Position

As a Caregiver Personal Care Aide, you support clients at home by helping improve their quality of life and providing comfort, dignity, and assistance. The role includes personal care, help with daily living activities, household tasks, companionship, errands, and maintaining a safe and respectful environment. Hours may grow based on your availability. Daily pay options are available, and the position includes paid training and opportunities for career growth and advancement.

The hourly pay range is $15.25–$17.75. A $250 sign-on bonus is available after completing 150 hours worked and 90 days of employment; payment is contingent on meeting performance and employment requirements and is paid following 90 days of active employment.

Requirements

• At least six months of experience providing care to elderly or disabled individuals; professional or personal experience qualifies.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes.
• Ability to lift, stand, bend, and assist clients as needed, up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance.
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and activities of daily living.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Perform housekeeping, laundry, and other household tasks.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation to appointments when applicable.
• Promote a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for each client.
