About The Position

Providence Place of Drums is seeking compassionate individuals to join their team as Caregivers. This role involves assisting elderly residents with daily living activities, serving as a dining server, and providing companionship. The residents at Providence Place Senior Living range from Independent Living to Personal Care (requiring assistance with dressing, bathing, or mobility) and Memory Care in a specialized dementia neighborhood. The company is dedicated to employee development and providing high-quality care to residents.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Entry Level position - training provided

Responsibilities

• Assist elderly residents with daily living activities such as dressing, bathing, and mobility.
• Serve as a dining server.
• Provide companionship to residents.
• Work EOW/EOH (Every Other Weekend/Every Other Holiday).

Benefits

• Starting at $16.00 per hour
• Increase after successfully completing training and orientation
• Full-Time: 12-hour shifts, work 14 days/month
• Part-Time: 4:00pm-9:00pm with a $3.00/hr shift differential for hours after 6pm
