About The Position

Providence Place of Drums is seeking compassionate individuals to join their team as Caregivers. This role involves assisting elderly residents with daily living activities such as dressing, bathing, and mobility, serving as a dining server, and providing companionship. The residents range from independent living to personal care and memory care. The company is committed to developing its employees and providing excellent care to its residents.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years of age or over
• Willingness to work every other weekend and every other holiday (EOW/EOH)
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts for full-time positions.
• Ability to work 3 days one week and 4 days the next week.
• Ability to work 4:00pm-9:00pm for part-time positions.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in caregiving is a plus, but this is an entry-level position and training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist elderly residents with daily living activities including dressing, bathing, and mobility.
• Serve as a dining server.
• Provide companionship to residents.
• Adapt to the needs of residents in independent living, personal care, and memory care units.
