Requirements

• Previous experience as a Personal Care Aid or in a similar role is an asset, but NOT required
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a genuine desire to help others
• Ability to pass background checks
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Valid driver’s license or State ID is required for the position
• Reliable transportation is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment
• Monitor clients’ health and report any concerns to supervisory staff
• Follow care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures
