The Personal Banking Representative (PBR) I provides excellent customer service by establishing a working relationship with internal and external customers through effective communication. They have developed proficiency in all duties and functions related to Customer Service Representative. This role involves practicing exceptional service, proficiency in deposit processing, cash handling, and balancing. The PBR I utilizes numerous software applications, understands Alpine Bank's consumer and business products and services, and completes New Accounts training to open and maintain accounts. They demonstrate proficiency in various operational functions including wires, endorsements, basic bookkeeping, ATM settlement, vault balancing, vault cash ordering, safe deposit box operations, and basic fraud detection. The role also involves generating correspondence to resolve customer concerns. Regular and reliable on-site attendance is required.
