Requirements

Associates Degree or equivalent
1+ years banking experience with external business development
Become registered and licensed in the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) as required by the S.A.F.E. Act, and NBH's compliance policies related to these requirements including acceptable background check investigation results.
Driving is required with this position.
Applicants must have a valid driver's license (may not be learner’s, restricted or “to and from work” license) and driving history that meets the Bank’s driver standards. This information will be verified in a Motor Vehicle Report.

Demonstrate a strong knowledge of mortgage, business, installment loan options, providing a broad base of financial and credit services.
Assist other departments as needed.
Build a great rapport with clients and fellow associates, while treating others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position.
