Requirements

  • Associates Degree or equivalent
  • 1+ years banking experience with external business development
  • Become registered and licensed in the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) as required by the S.A.F.E. Act, and NBH's compliance policies related to these requirements including acceptable background check investigation results.
  • Driving is required with this position.
  • Applicants must have a valid driver's license (may not be learner’s, restricted or “to and from work” license) and driving history that meets the Bank’s driver standards.
  • This information will be verified in a Motor Vehicle Report.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.

  • Consumer lending background and business lending experience

  • Act as a key point of contact for clients.
  • Achieve specific sales and service goals for yourself and your team by providing a full range of business banking services to clients with an emphasis on deposit, treasury management, and loan products.
  • Actively participate and represent the Bank in the community, driving various banking center initiatives with business clients.
  • Demonstrate a strong knowledge of mortgage, business, and installment loan options, providing a broad base of financial and credit services.
  • Assist other departments as needed.
  • Build a great rapport with clients and fellow associates.
  • Treat others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position.
