About The Position

At First National Bank of Omaha (FNBO), Personal Bankers help customers with their financial journeys by understanding their individual needs and recommending ways to support their financial well-being. The role ranges from assisting with everyday transactions to discussing broader financial needs, such as retirement savings. Branch managers work alongside the team and provide in-depth training to support proactive customer engagement. The position is expected to be performed onsite at the posted location, though the work location may change based on business needs.

The role requires S.A.F.E. Act registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS). Candidates must meet applicable financial responsibility, character, credit fitness, and criminal background standards, as well as ongoing regulatory requirements, including acceptable background investigation and credit report results.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Meet applicable S.A.F.E. Act registration qualification standards, including financial responsibility, character, credit fitness, and criminal background requirements.
