About The Position

As a Personal Banker at First National Bank of Omaha (FNBO), you help customers with their financial needs and support their financial well-being. You get to know customers, understand their unique circumstances, and make personalized recommendations—from assisting with everyday transactions to discussing broader financial goals. FNBO branch managers work alongside the team and provide in-depth training to support proactive customer engagement. This position is anticipated to be onsite at the posted location, though work location may change based on business needs. The role requires S.A.F.E. Act registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS), along with meeting applicable financial responsibility, character, credit fitness, criminal background, and ongoing regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Meet S.A.F.E. Act registration requirements with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
• Meet applicable financial responsibility, character, credit fitness, and criminal background standards.
• Meet ongoing regulatory requirements, including acceptable background investigation and credit report results.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Retail banking experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish.
