They are seeking a Permitting & Installation Coordinator for their Nashville location to manage projects from the paperwork stage through installation. This role is ideal for someone who excels at organization, customer service, and keeping complex projects on track.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of permitting processes and working with local municipalities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project tracking tools
  • Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changes independently

Responsibilities

  • Obtain, track, and maintain permits, licenses, and inspection approvals to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Communicate with municipal offices to move permit applications forward and troubleshoot delays.
  • Work closely with installation teams to schedule projects, monitor timelines, and resolve conflicts.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for homeowners, keeping them informed and supported throughout the permitting and installation process.
  • Maintain accurate records of permits, inspections, and approvals.
  • Identify and resolve permit- related roadblocks to avoid project delays.
  • Work with internal departments, contractors, and customers to ensure smooth project flow.
