At Xccelerated Construction Unlimited (XCU), we specialize in innovative pipeline and infrastructure solutions for the oil and gas industry. We are seeking a dedicated Permits and Utilities Coordinator to support our pipeline construction projects. This is a hands-on role that involves working in outdoor environments, calling in locates, requesting permits, and assisting the team with various tasks. The ideal candidate is a motivated, detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.

Requirements

Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (80 - 100 lbs.) for extended periods.
Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
Basic understanding of pipeline construction safety protocols.
A clean drug test
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites.
If Applicable, a clean MVR and the passing of a driving test

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in construction or related field is preferred but not required.
Basic computer skills are preferred to efficiently prepare and submit permit applications.

Responsibilities

Call in locates and request permits for job sites.
Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies.
Load and unload materials, supplies, and tools at job sites.
Participate in safety meetings and contribute to a safe working environment.
Be prepared to work in varying weather conditions and environments.
Travel will be with this position.
If Applicable, drive a company-owned vehicle to locations of work.
Pulling a non-CDL trailer or transporting others on your crew.
