Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of progressively responsible experience in the area of assignment
  • Associate's degree in Engineering, Construction, or Surveying
  • Combination of relevant education and relevant experience accepted
  • May require a valid North Carolina or South Carolina Driver's License
  • May require County Driving Privileges
  • Annual Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check required, depending upon the area of assignment.
  • Knowledge of Applicable principles, practices, methods, and techniques used in assigned area of responsibility
  • Knowledge of Mathematical concepts
  • Knowledge of Applicable Federal, State and local statutes, codes, and regulations
  • Knowledge of Recordkeeping principles and practices
  • Knowledge of Databases
  • Knowledge of Filing systems
  • Knowledge of Customer service principles

  • Perform paraprofessional work in support of engineering or project management activities.
