About The Position

The Perinatal Health Specialist position will provide technical assistance, guidance, and support to the NC MATTERS BRIDGE (Building Rural Infrastructure for Decision Support, Guidance, and Engagement in Perinatal Mental Health) program in the implementation of required maternal/perinatal health elements of the Rural Health Transformation Program. This position will support the NC MATTERS BRIDGE program as well as the ROOTS HUBs with their program planning, implementation, and evaluation efforts. This position will also support the sites with data collection and analysis. This position will be a part of the Women, Infant, and Community Wellness Section, Maternal Health Branch and serve as a subject matter expert for perinatal health.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from an appropriately accredited institution and three (3) years progressively responsible experience related to the area of assignment
An equivalent combination of training and experience.

Responsibilities
