About The Position

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of customer service experience; call center or financial services experience is a plus
- Strong phone communication skills with the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Comfortable using Windows‑based systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and reliability
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual Spanish/English candidates strongly encouraged (English‑only roles also available)
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with homeowners to resolve mortgage servicing questions and past‑due payments
- Identify customer needs, document interactions accurately, and create practical payment solutions
- Deliver professional, empathetic customer service while meeting performance and compliance standards
