Our Client is seeking a Performance Marketing Strategy & Incentives Lead to support the evolution of a data-driven, experimentation-led marketing organization. This role will partner with Marketing, Analytics, Finance, and Operations teams to drive performance marketing initiatives through measurement, optimization, experimentation, reporting, and incentive program management. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing analytics, performance marketing, experimentation frameworks, dashboard reporting, and cross-functional stakeholder management. Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Adobe Analytics, SEO, digital advertising platforms, and data visualization tools is highly preferred.
