About The Position

MonetizeMore is seeking a Performance Marketing Partner to join its Growth Department. The role focuses on profit-first paid traffic acquisition and full-stack monetization across a large portfolio of sites. The successful candidate will use AI tools and semi-automated workflows to prioritize high-impact work, manage campaigns for immediate profitability, scale successful traffic sources, and stop underperforming campaigns. They will also own and improve on-site user experiences and structures to increase revenue from display ads, affiliate offers, and RSOC feeds. The role offers autonomy and compensation described as uncapped and directly tied to profitable traffic scaled.

Requirements

Deep experience with Google Ads, including Search and Discovery, and Meta Ads.
Native fluency in Session RPM, Page RPM, and ROAS.
Advanced proficiency with LLMs and other automation tools for AI-augmented content and creative workflows.

Nice To Haves

Experience with paid media buying platforms beyond Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Experience conducting A/B tests on ad placements, pagination logic, and navigation to increase the value of each user session.

Responsibilities

Manage paid traffic campaigns, optimizing the spread between acquisition costs and revenue to maintain profitability.
Scale successful campaigns and cut underperforming campaigns to maximize return on ad spend.
Use AI tools and semi-automated workflows to manage a large portfolio of sites and prioritize high-impact activities.
Take ownership of on-site experiences, including layouts, navigation, and site structures, to maximize monetization.
Optimize user flows and session value across display advertising, affiliate offers, and RSOC feeds.
Conduct A/B tests on ad placements, pagination logic, and navigation.
Use LLMs and automation tools to produce SEO-friendly content and ad creatives at scale with human review.
