The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing paid media marketing with a focus on customer acquisition and conversion for the ecommerce business across various channels including META, Google, Bing, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and Reddit. This role will also manage the Affiliate Marketing channel in conjunction with the influencer marketing manager to achieve revenue targets while maintaining brand standards. The manager will develop, recommend, and execute paid media campaigns to drive sales, brand awareness, and customer interaction. Key responsibilities include analyzing KPIs, optimizing campaign budgets and strategy with analytic and finance teams, collaborating with in-person retail channels for offline store traffic, and briefing brand and creative teams for digital ad production. The role involves collaborating with CRM, organic social, and influencer marketing stakeholders for integrated campaigns, managing a continuous testing pipeline for creative, messaging, landing pages, and audience targeting, and gathering insights from search and social trends to inform strategy and identify opportunities. Consistent channel performance reporting and insights are crucial for continuous improvement and identifying new paid media outlets.
