The Performance Marketing Manager will lead the execution and optimization of paid digital acquisition programs designed to generate qualified investor leads and drive measurable pipeline growth for Focus Partners. This role will manage paid search and paid social campaigns, partner with agency resources where applicable, and continuously optimize campaign performance through testing, analytics, and funnel improvements. The ideal candidate combines strong paid media expertise with a deep understanding of lead generation funnels for high-consideration services. Focus provides team members the flexibility to work a hybrid schedule. Our hybrid model is defined as 3 days in office work required per week, while giving team members the option to work remotely 2 days per week, or as assigned by their team leader.
