We are hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to lead digital marketing strategies, focusing on paid social acquisition and paid search programs to drive engagement and conversion. Responsible for synthesizing data analysis with content strategy, fostering organic and paid search performance. The role also mentors junior staff and manages key vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Crafting and managing a multi-million dollar paid search budget to achieve acquisition and revenue goals.
  • Serve as the primary owner of performance marketing agency relationship, holding them accountable to cost, revenue, and efficiency metrics across tactics and campaigns
  • Cultivating daily interactions with vendors to align paid campaign strategies with business objectives.
  • Designing and overseeing test plans for search ad copy and landing pages to enhance conversion rates.
  • Analyzing search marketing data to develop insights and determine effective optimization strategies.
  • Conducting regular search engine optimization audits to uncover opportunities and improve organic rankings.
  • Collaborating with Agile and UX teams as the SEO authority to ensure new content meets optimization standards.
  • Mentoring Digital Marketing Specialists, fostering expertise and guiding performance in line with departmental goals.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
