In this role, you will help manage, optimize, and improve Jenson USA’s digital performance marketing programs, with primary focus on Google Ads, Google Shopping, Performance Max, and Microsoft/Bing Ads. You will work closely with internal teams and agency partners to improve traffic quality, ROAS, CAC, customer acquisition, and profitable revenue. In addition to paid media, you will support CRM and retention efforts across email, SMS, customer segmentation, LTV analysis, and lifecycle marketing. This is a hands-on role for someone who is analytical, commercially minded, and comfortable balancing revenue growth with margin, customer quality, and long-term value.
