About The Position

At Leap Tools, we are building advanced solutions for the interior décor industry, serving customers in over 80 countries. Our technology allows users to preview products in their own rooms before purchasing. We are recognized as a fast-growing tech company and are seeking ambitious individuals to join our team. This role requires a high-level Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale a multi-client portfolio. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on operator who can architect data, audit AI, and ensure LLM visibility, focusing on high-value ROAS rather than just low CPC. Understanding intent mapping and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) is crucial.

Requirements

  • 3–5 Years in Performance Marketing, with a proven track record in an agency environment managing multiple PPC/SEM accounts simultaneously.
  • Deep experience with Google’s Performance Max, Demand Gen, and Meta’s Advantage+ campaigns, understanding when to let AI run and when to intervene.
  • Advanced proficiency in GA4, GTM, and Looker Studio, with comfort in troubleshooting tracking issues and setting up offline conversion imports.
  • Understanding of how to map user intent across the funnel, from informational 'Zero-Click' queries to high-intent transactional searches.
  • A 'hunter' mindset for lead quality, with expert-level knowledge of managing phone call tracking and form-fill attribution.
  • Savvy with LLMs for research and copywriting, and experience using tools like ClickUp to manage high-volume workflows.
  • Ability to explain the shift from 'Keyword Search' to 'AI Discovery' to clients, maintaining their confidence in ROAS and market position.

Responsibilities

  • Develop full-funnel performance strategies, including AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) to ensure client visibility in AI-generated search summaries and conversational interfaces.
  • Own the daily health of Google Ads and Meta Ads, using automated bidding while manually steering campaigns through negative keyword sculpting, audience layering, and match-type hygiene.
  • Manage the technical 'source of truth' using GTM (Google Tag Manager) and Server-Side Tracking to ensure accurate conversion data (calls, forms, offline events) is fed to LLMs for bidding algorithm training.
  • Optimize for CPL (Cost Per Lead) while prioritizing Lead-to-Close metrics and implementing feedback loops to ensure AI identifies quality customers.
  • Write and test high-impact, conversion-focused ad copy, using AI tools to generate and iterate on headlines and descriptions for high Ad Strength and CTR.
  • Build sophisticated, real-time dashboards in Looker Studio to translate performance data into clear business outcomes, proactively identifying ROAS trends and pivoting strategies.
