As a Performance Marketing Manager, you are responsible for defining and driving data-led, cross-channel marketing strategies that deliver measurable business growth. You own the development and execution of performance marketing strategies, optimizing for customer acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth. A key focus of this role is establishing the foundational systems, processes, and reporting required to enable effective performance marketing, ensuring the right infrastructure is in place to scale activity over time. You leverage data, experimentation, and insights to continuously refine marketing approaches, while also identifying gaps in tracking, measurement, and tooling, and defining solutions to address them. You act as a key connector across teams, partnering closely with Product Marketing, Creative Strategy, WW Market Marketing, and agency partners to ensure performance strategies are aligned with product positioning, creative execution, and market needs. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, combining deep expertise in performance marketing with the ability to build and operationalize scalable ways of working.
