Performance Load Test Analyst
About The Position
The Performance Load Test Analyst will validate the performance of enterprise systems and integrations supporting high-volume tolling, event mediation, billing, payments, customer service, and analytics. The role covers SAP BRIM (Convergent Charging, Convergent Invoicing, FI-CA, and Subscription Billing), SAP Convergent Mediation, SAP S/4HANA and supporting SAP modules, SAP Datasphere, Dynamics CE CRM workflows, middleware and integration layers, and customer-facing web, mobile, IVR, and chatbot channels. The analyst will simulate real-world enterprise workloads, including tolling transactions, mediation events, billing cycles, payment processing, CRM interactions, analytics queries, batch jobs, and peak-volume scenarios. Testing will validate system behavior under concurrent users, high-volume API traffic, and batch processing.
