The pace of change in society and our industry is accelerating and our expertise and track record puts us in an unparalleled position to shape the sustainable future of our industry. The team analyzes operational, digital, and field interactions end to end to strengthen the customer journey and identify opportunities for continuous improvement across multiple portfolios. As an intern, you will support data processing and analysis activities by helping create reports, explore data from multiple sources, validate datasets, and build Power BI dashboards. You will work alongside business partners, IT teams, and other analysts to see how data is used to answer real business questions, build practical technical skills, and understand how data‑driven insights support decision‑making across the Customer organization. Qualified applicants will be kept to a maximum of 20 hours per week while school is in session, with the possibility of more hours on winter and summer breaks and must commit to an internship experience of at least one year in duration.
