This role is responsible for facilitating performance improvement efforts and coaching others in developing these capabilities. The coordinator will maintain competence in regulatory requirements, coordinate Performance Improvement Committee meetings, analyze performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities, develop and track action plans, and measure their success. They will also provide consultation on quality, compliance, accreditation, and safety, facilitate assessments, develop and evaluate corrective action plans, and research and share leading practices for improvement across the System. The role involves using facilitation skills, data analysis, and statistical process control to enhance quality and clinical outcomes, and training staff on monitoring, measurement, and data analysis techniques, as well as accreditation compliance.
