This role is responsible for facilitating performance improvement efforts and coaching others in developing these capabilities. The coordinator will maintain competence in applicable licensure, certification, accreditation, and regulatory body requirements. They will coordinate Performance Improvement Committee meetings, analyze performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities, develop and maintain management action plans, measure their success, and create records and follow-up metrics. The position also involves providing consultation on quality, compliance, accreditation, and safety, facilitating assessments, developing and evaluating corrective action plans, and developing strategies for improvement based on leading practice research. The role utilizes facilitation skills, data analysis, and statistical process control to improve quality and clinical outcomes, and provides education and training on accreditation compliance.
