This role ensures the smooth execution of the agency’s performance management activities—including coordinating Stat meetings, managing documentation, tracking follow-up actions, maintaining performance calendars, and supporting communication across departments. The Performance Coordinator is the central hub for organizing, scheduling, and aligning performance activities with agency expectations. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced performance environment.
