About The Position

PCMS is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality & Performance Coordinator to join our Operations team. This position is ideal for someone with leadership potential, housekeeping experience, quality assurance experience, or healthcare environmental services experience. The Quality & Performance Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring our facilities consistently meet PCMS quality standards by conducting inspections, verifying training, supporting operations, resolving customer concerns, and helping facilities remain inspection-ready every day.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Comfortable using technology, including mobile apps and Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to travel between assigned facilities.
  • Must successfully pass a background check and drug screen.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous housekeeping, floor care, environmental services, or quality assurance experience preferred.
  • Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct facility inspections and quality rounds to identify deficiencies before complaints occur.
  • Verify new hire training and provide coaching to employees and facility leaders.
  • Support daytime onboarding and employee development initiatives.
  • Complete and review inspections and communicate findings to leadership.
  • Perform customer walk-throughs and maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Identify recurring issues and assist leadership with corrective action plans.
  • Monitor facility performance and support operational improvement initiatives.
  • Assist facilities during operational challenges and help maintain PCMS White-Glove Standards.
  • Partner with Operations leadership on quality improvement projects and special assignments.
