About The Position

As a performance consultant within the main direction of the Process Optimization and Automation Center of Excellence, using a consulting role approach, you will support and guide managers in their performance improvement initiatives and value creation for the organization. You will conduct an accurate diagnosis of process performance and establish the most effective strategies to materialize the desired benefits with a particular focus on rigorous measurement of the value generated. Your approach will be focused on measured results, collaboration, and maximizing customer value.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, administration, or any other relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in continuous improvement, organizational performance, or process reengineering.
• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt level) or Lean Master certification.
• Experience in performance improvement projects leveraging recognized methodologies and organizational performance concepts (Lean, Lean Six Sigma, etc.).
• Intermediate proficiency in English, both spoken and written, due to the nature of tasks or interactions with English-speaking colleagues, partners, clients, or suppliers, or to meet the company's growth objectives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and/or collaborate in the execution of operational performance projects using recognized methodologies, ensuring the identification and quantification of expected gains from the outset of each initiative.
• Exercise leadership in methods, tools, and techniques for maximizing performance, with particular attention to the traceability and documentation of benefits obtained.
• Document and standardize methodologies employed, ensuring their alignment with the Center of Excellence's practices.
• Diagnose and analyze the performance of existing processes to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to strengthen teams' performance skills.
• Participate in defining performance indicators, developing monitoring tools, and analyzing performance gaps.
• Ensure continuous monitoring of best practices and contribute to their evolution within the Center of Excellence.
