About The Position

Baptist Health is seeking a Performance Analyst 2 for Consumer Access. This full-time position operates on an 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM schedule. The role involves conducting complex data comparisons using multiple internal and external databases for Baptist Health Center for Performance Excellence initiatives. The analyst will develop complex reports and analyses, communicating results in a comprehensive, accurate, and understandable format. Excellent interpersonal, communication, organization, and time management skills are essential.

Requirements

• Masters Degree in business, engineering, or liberal arts.
• Experience working with quantitative and statistical data.
• Advanced skills in spreadsheet, graphics and relational database software.
• Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills, with the creative ability which enables data to be well presented and utilized.
• 5 Years of relevant experience.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of Lean principles desired.
• Educational requirements may be substituted with 10 or more years of relevant experience.
