About The Position

Baptist Health is seeking a Performance Analyst 1 for the Consumer Access team. This full-time position operates from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. The role involves conducting complex data comparisons using multiple internal and external databases for Baptist Health Center for Performance Excellence initiatives. The analyst will develop complex reports and analyses, communicating the results in a comprehensive, accurate, and understandable format. Excellent interpersonal, communication, organization, and time management skills are essential.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in business, engineering, or liberal arts.
• At least three years experience working with quantitative and statistical data (master‘s degree may be substituted for two years of experience).
• Advanced skills in spreadsheet, graphics and relational database software.
• Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills, with the creative ability which enables data to be well presented and utilized.
• Minimum Required Experience: 3 Years

• Knowledge of Lean principles desired.
