About The Position
Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting and repair of all type of HVAC and Refrigeration Systems within the facility. Systems maintained include, but are not limited to, Air Handlers, Exhaust Fan, Package, Roof Top, Split Type Heating and Cooling System , Glycol , Chilled Water Systems, Hot Water, Steam Heating Systems etc. Maintains Pneumatic Controls , Building Automation System. Operate and monitors Pneumatic Tube System, Elevators and Fire Alarm System
Requirements
- Experience with Air Handlers
- Experience with Exhaust Fan
- Experience with Package systems
- Experience with Roof Top systems
- Experience with Split Type Heating and Cooling System
- Experience with Glycol systems
- Experience with Chilled Water Systems
- Experience with Hot Water systems
- Experience with Steam Heating Systems
