About The Position

The Pepsi Route Load Specialist builds and loads accurate route-ordered pallets for driver trucks at Admiral Beverage Corporation in Great Falls, Montana. Working as part of a high-energy night warehouse team, the specialist is responsible for ensuring loads are safe and accurate so products reach customers as expected. The schedule is Monday through Friday, starting at 3:00 PM and ending when work is complete, typically around midnight to 1:00 AM. Weekends are off.

The role includes scanning and picking cases, using electric pallet jacks and ride-on equipment, rotating stock, and keeping the warehouse clean and organized. No prior experience is needed; training is provided. The position requires regularly lifting or moving up to 60 pounds without assistance and may require exerting force of up to 100 pounds when using a manual lifting device.

Requirements

• Ability to repeatedly lift and stack cases up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort working in a warehouse setting.
• Reliable, positive, team-first attitude.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Regularly lift or move up to 60 pounds unaided and exert force of up to 100 pounds using a manual lifting device.

Nice To Haves

• CO2 Filling Operator certification.

Responsibilities
