About The Position

Metaformers' professional consulting team has a long-term opportunity for a versatile PeopleSoft HCM Functional Lead with expertise across multiple modules. This role requires strong PeopleSoft HCM functional knowledge and experience in implementation and/or production support.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 implementation experience.
• Must work Eastern Time Zone hours and be available and visible during client core hours.
• Work must be performed within the United States.
• No sponsorship available.
• No Third Party.

Nice To Haves

• Prior Public Sector projects desired.

Responsibilities

• In-depth PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 functional knowledge across multiple modules.
• Functional support experience with enhancements, PUM, and Tools upgrades.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues independently and provide timely solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a team environment.
