About The Position

Lead end-to-end HR/People technology initiatives. Partner across the business to design project plans, monitor metrics, ensure compliance, and guide timelines from launch to completion. Serve as the senior-level business area subject matter expert for multiple HR technology systems. Act as a key project advisor; while not managing direct reports, you will drive successful project delivery. Coordinate closely with stakeholders, HR core teams, and People Technology & Process Specialists. Provide crucial coaching and guidance across these groups to ensure seamless deliverable execution. Leverage strong conflict-resolution and escalation skills to navigate complex team structures without direct authority.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree/equivalent in Human Resources Information Systems, Computer Engineering/Science, Human Resources Technology, Artificial Intelligence or other related field.
  • Five (5) years' experience in operations management or professional role that included systems training, project implementation, HR technology, engineering or other HR-related role or a combination of these roles.
  • Strong computer skills with experience using reporting interfaces, machine learning techniques and data visualization.
  • Time management and organization skills necessary to manage multiple projects, appropriately prioritize workload, plan for resources to meet deadlines and goals, and respond to day-to-day functional needs.
  • Experience implementing complex projects.
  • Ability to anticipate and identify problems and use sound judgment and fact-based analysis to develop effective and efficient solutions.
  • Basic understanding of the software development process, including requirement gathering, analysis/design, development tools/technologies, release/version control, contemporary testing methodologies and deployment management.
  • Able to support test plans, test scenarios, test scripts, and use best practice testing methods and QA.
  • Excellent analytical and problem resolution skills including troubleshooting.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management, employees and outside vendors.
  • Proven ability to partner with both internal technical and non-technical staff as well as third party vendors to deliver effective results.
  • Must be highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Must be detailed oriented with the ability to identify problems and gather relevant information to determine root causes and identify data integrity issues.
  • Ability to mentor, coach and act as a knowledge resource to other employees.
  • Content Creation: Ability to design supplemental visual mappings and operational representations of systems or processes for field and end users. This includes a willingness to learn and utilize modern design and AI tools while maintaining a strict adherence to corporate compliance and data security guidelines.
  • Promotes team communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning and execution for departmental technology initiatives, including defining scope, developing detailed project schedules, and identifying key milestones.
  • Develop and manage implementation plans for training and familiarization, ensuring all stakeholders are prepared for new technology rollouts.
  • Monitor and assess project progress by tracking key metrics and performance indicators to ensure initiatives are meeting their objectives.
  • Provide coaching, support, and functional guidance to specialists and end-users to ensure the smooth adoption of new technologies, acting as a champion for change management.
  • Analyze and report on project status, risks, and outcomes to leadership, providing clear and concise updates on progress toward goals.
  • Act as the primary point of contact and mentor for all project-related inquiries, providing expert consultation to help team members navigate complex process changes.
  • Facilitate cross-functional team meetings to drive project alignment, resolve roadblocks, and foster a collaborative team environment.
  • Serve as an escalation point for high-level project issues, coordinating with other support teams to facilitate resolution.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
