Prime Robotics is a fast-growing warehouse automation company building integrated robotics, software, and systems that improve productivity for enterprise customers. As we scale, we are looking for a People & Talent Manager who will serve as a recruiting owner, standards-and-values leader, and trusted partner to company leadership. The People & Talent Manager’s primary responsibility is recruiting and values alignment — ensuring Prime hires the right people and consistently reinforces the behaviors and standards expected across the company. This role requires strong judgment, high integrity, direct communication, and the ability to lead by example. This is a full-scope HR role in a growth-stage company, though it is not payroll-heavy. Prime Robotics uses Justworks to support payroll, tax filings, benefits administration, and many government compliance requirements. The People & Talent Manager is still expected to own HR processes, documentation, recruiting operations, employee lifecycle administration, and manager support.
