Our People & Talent (P&T) team is the heartbeat of our company culture, and we’re looking for an energetic, organized, and mission-driven P&T Coordinator to join us. This role is your launchpad into a career in HR. You’ll get hands-on experience in nearly every area of the employee life cycle—from onboarding new hires to managing compliance documents and supporting benefits programs. You'll be the go-to problem solver for our internal team, helping keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Requirements

  • A passion for organization, people, and process
  • An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 0–2 years of experience in a support/admin role—HR experience is a plus but not required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence navigating digital systems
  • Discretion, professionalism, and a positive, team-first attitude

Nice To Haves

  • Experience handling employee data or participating in audits
  • Knowledge of benefits, compliance, or onboarding best practices

Responsibilities

  • Be the first line of support in our P&T inbox, routing questions and finding answers fast
  • Maintain clean, accurate employee records
  • Help with onboarding paperwork and benefits enrollments to ensure a great new hire experience
  • Keep us compliant by managing required documentation and responding to verifications
  • Track and report key data that helps leadership make informed people decisions
  • Support fun and meaningful P&T projects that make our team stronger
