Your success is our success. We are seeking an energetic and driven Talent + People Partner to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role at the intersection of recruiting and HR operations — perfect for someone who wants to make a real impact and grow fast. You will own our recruiting function end-to-end, build talent pipelines, and create exceptional experiences for every employee from their first interview to their first day and beyond. You are someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings creativity and hustle to sourcing, and takes pride in running a tight, people-first HR operation.

Requirements

  • Genuinely excited about designing and executing recruitment strategies to access and close top talent
  • Skilled at sourcing top talent and managing the candidate experience, from first contact to their first month on the team
  • A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Process-driven. You can structure recruiting processes, manage internal and external stakeholders and standardize the experience for candidates
  • Results-driven. You have a bias for action, maximizing opportunities and making bold decisions at the right times. You demonstrate ownership and high accountability
  • Relentless. You are able to successfully navigate uncertainty and excel in the face of ambiguity and frequent change. You are self-directed and proactive
  • 5-7 years into your career in HR + Talent Operations

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute recruitment activity to ensure top talent is sourced from active and passive candidate markets
  • Utilize creative sourcing strategies to cultivate top talent and build talent pipelines
  • Develop job requirements in partnership with functional leads for our highest priority hires
  • Represent Dynamic Connections in the market in a way that exemplifies our values and creates an exceptional talent experience
  • Own and manage our HR systems, including our ATS and Glassdoor
  • Create a world class experience for new employees from onboarding, system logins and employee hardware
  • Provide offboarding support for terminations and resignations
