About The Position

The People Services Coordinator, Risk Operations provides operational and administrative support for partnership agreements, risk management processes, and compliance activities. This position coordinates MOU intake, agreement tracking, documentation management, ContractSafe administration, compliance verification, stakeholder communication, and activation requirements. The Coordinator supports the efficient processing of agreements and serves as a key resource in ensuring required documentation, approvals, and records are maintained accurately and consistently.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Education, Human Resources, Risk Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Two (2) years of experience in operations, compliance, contract administration, records management, or administrative coordination.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to travel in performance of job duties required.
  • Vision: Ability to read small print and view a computer screen for prolonged periods, prepare, or inspect documents and operate office equipment.
  • Hearing: Ability to hear average or typical conversations and receive ordinary information.
  • Speech: Ability to be understood in face-to-face communication, in person or remote, to speak with a level of proficiency and volume to be understood over a telephone or computer.
  • Mental Demands: Ability to read, write, understand, interpret, and apply information at a moderately complex level essential for successful job performance; math skills at a high school proficiency level; judgement and the ability to process information quickly; learn quickly and follow verbal procedures and standards; give verbal instruction; rank tasks in order of importance; copy, compare, compile and coordinate information and records.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience maintaining records, tracking systems, and workflow processes preferred.
  • Public Charter School experience a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate intake, tracking, routing, and processing of MOUs and partnership agreements.
  • Review submissions for completeness and coordinate follow-up on missing information or documentation.
  • Support agreement execution, activation, renewals, and amendments.
  • Maintain status updates and workflow tracking throughout the agreement lifecycle.
  • Maintain agreement files, compliance records, insurance documentation, and supporting materials.
  • Upload and track agreements and documentation in Contract system and other designated systems.
  • Manage renewals, expiration dates, reporting, and document retention requirements.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and tracking tools to support departmental operations.
  • Coordinate collection of Certificates of Insurance, onboarding documentation, and other required compliance materials.
  • Support activation readiness by ensuring required approvals and documentation are complete prior to service implementation.
  • Coordinate with HR, Finance, Legal, school leaders, and external partners regarding agreement requirements.
  • Assist with monitoring compliance with organizational procedures and documentation standards.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding agreement status and process requirements.
  • Provide timely communication regarding pending actions, required documentation, and next steps.
  • Support training, process documentation, reference materials, and department communications.
  • Perform administrative duties, responsibilities, and activities as assigned, which may be changed or modified from time to time.
