About The Position

This role involves managing and coordinating HR projects, supporting emerging People Team programs, and administering benefits and immigration processes. The position requires a strong understanding of HR generalist functions, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The role also involves working with HRIS and benefits administration platforms, and potentially AI tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of HR generalist experience within a technology or financial services environment.
  • Broad working knowledge across HR domains, including total rewards, compliance, and HR systems.
  • Strong, hands-on Excel or Google Sheets skills, including experience building and maintaining reports, trackers, and data structures.
  • Benefits administration experience, including enrollment systems, open enrollment, billing, reconciliation, or reporting.
  • Experience with HRIS and benefits administration platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects from end to end, including scoping, planning, tracking, and delivering results with limited guidance.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and an uncompromising standard for accuracy across data, records, and communications.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving priorities and support multiple HR initiatives simultaneously.
  • Comfort using AI tools in day-to-day work, along with curiosity and a willingness to experiment with new ways of working.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with sound judgment when handling confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across the People Team and with external partners.

  • Immigration coordination experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate HR projects from scoping through delivery, including managing project plans, timelines, and flagging risks.
  • Liaise and coordinate with cross-functional teams to compile, audit, and reconcile data for executive presentation.
  • Own and support emerging People Team programs, including new HR initiatives, developing new processes, and supporting M&A integrations.
  • Respond to employee questions with clear, timely support, escalating appropriately when needed.
  • Conduct internal HR audits, including I-9 compliance, benefits enrollment accuracy, and data integrity checks.
  • Guide new hires through benefit options and enrollment.
  • Manage the benefits enrollment system, including configuration and setup.
  • Manage planning and execution of annual open enrollment, including system setup and launch.
  • Draft employee communications and open enrollment collateral.
  • Administer recurring benefits processes: billing, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Administer COBRA continuation coverage.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for benefits vendors, managing relationships and resolving issues.
  • Provide coordination and administrative support for employee immigration matters.
  • Track visa status, expiration dates, deadlines, and spend, and drive timely completion of required steps.
  • Coordinate between employees and other parties in the immigration process.
  • Manage Form I-9 verification and recordkeeping.
  • Maintain People Team vendor contracts and related records.
  • Track contract terms, expiration and renewal dates, and required actions.
  • Coordinate with Legal and relevant stakeholders on vendor contracts, renewals, and documentation.
