About The Position

ElevenLabs is hiring a People Partner to own the people agenda for its Revenue organisation across North America and LATAM. The role partners closely with Revenue leadership as the company scales, supporting leadership coaching, organisational design, performance, talent, and day-to-day people guidance. It involves proactively meeting with leads and teams, identifying challenges and talent needs, and helping shape the organisation for growth. Employee Relations and employment counsel are available as partners for cases requiring their involvement. The position requires balancing strategic partnership with hands-on execution in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment. The People Partner will work with the Revenue People Partner for International to compare themes and raise relevant insights to the CRO, and collaborate with People Ops and Compliance on terminations, mobility, local requirements, and compliance-heavy workflows. The role is remote-first and can be performed from anywhere on the East Coast of the USA.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting senior leaders and teams across performance, employee relations, coaching, growth, restructuring, and organisational design.
  • Hands-on organisational design experience, including spans and layers, team structures, and succession planning.
  • Experience guiding leaders and teams through change, such as restructures, team moves, or new ways of working.
  • Strong judgment and ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion, clarity, and fairness.
  • Comfort working alongside Employee Relations and employment counsel on sensitive cases.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-velocity, ambiguous environment and make decisions with incomplete information.
  • Comfort owning both strategic partnership and hands-on execution as the dedicated People Partner for North America and LATAM.
