$100,000 - $115,000Remote

About The Position

WeTravel is seeking a People Partner to join their People team, focusing on the Go-To-Market (GTM) organization, which includes Commercial, Customer Experience (CX), and Finance/Operations. This role will support leaders and approximately 250 employees across the US, Latin America, and Asia-Pacific regions. The People Partner will be instrumental in helping leaders make informed people decisions, developing high-performing teams, and identifying strategic organizational moves to drive business growth. The role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, encompassing responsibilities such as organizational design, compensation, performance management, and talent decisions. A key focus will be on the 'Grow Talent' pillar, including the redesign of performance management and the co-design and ownership of a manager enablement program, all within a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment. The People team operates with a product-oriented approach, focusing on employee and manager experience.

  • Comfortable with data: able to build and interpret people analytics/dashboards and use them to influence decisions and proactively offer solutions.
  • Strong judgment and discretion navigating complex, sensitive people situations.
  • Curious, low-ego, collaborative: willing to roll up your sleeves wherever the problem is.
  • Must have the full legal right to work in the US (citizenship or residency).

  • Provide direct support to employees on complex or sensitive people matters, while partnering with People Operations on operational needs.
  • Advise leaders in your org (and lead the core HR cycles related to) through compensation and promotions decisions, using compensation data, performance outcomes and organizational context to support consistent and equitable decisions.
  • Partner with leaders and Talent Acquisition on headcount planning, role scoping and hiring strategy - ensuring we have top talent in the most critical roles.
