About The Position

This is a hybrid role working 3 days onsite at our Cincinnati/Mason Ohio location. The People Operations Specialist - Talent Acquisition/Onboarding will manage all employee data changes and updates. This role is responsible for handling high volume administrative and transactional activities related to employee on/off boarding, leave management, compliance, records management, and retention. The specialist will provide support to employees and managers for transaction processing and life cycle event management in the system's self-service function (e.g., transfers, promotions, employment separations, etc.). They will handle employee inquiries and issues resolution, assist in the research, escalation, and resolution of Workday related operational issues, and provide standard reports, handle ad-hoc report requests, and provide employee analytics on demand. The role ensures data quality and follows global data standards, delivers exceptional customer service, and ensures all inquiries are accurately addressed in a professional, efficient, and timely manner. The specialist will ensure delivery against established service level agreements (SLAs) and people systems delivery (PSD) metrics, cultivate networks across a variety of functions and locations within the organization, and apply knowledge of employee orientation. The ability to be flexible and pivot to ever-changing priorities is essential.

Requirements
