The People Operations Project Manager serves as the operational backbone of RYZE's People Office, reporting directly to the VP of People Operations and Strategy. This individual contributor role is responsible for owning the project management infrastructure across all major People initiatives — including building and maintaining centralized dashboards, driving cross-functional accountability, and tracking strategic programs such as the Talent Acquisition rebuild and HR systems implementation. The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of People Operations or HR experience, strong project management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with director-level stakeholders. The People Operations Project Manager is a high-impact, cross-functional role that serves as the operational backbone of RYZE's People Office. Reporting directly to the VP of People Operations and Strategy, this individual owns the project management infrastructure across all major People initiatives — building centralized dashboards, driving cross-functional accountability, and ensuring that strategic programs are tracking on time and on scope.
