About The Position

We’re looking for a highly organized, execution-focused People Operations Program Manager to partner closely with our CHRO and help drive the People function forward. In this role, you’ll act as a high-trust operator with direct exposure to leadership, turning priorities into action, bringing structure to fast-moving work, and ensuring critical initiatives are delivered with clarity and follow-through. You’ll play a central role in keeping the team aligned, focused, and operating at a high level. This is a remote role, with occasional travel as needed to support team collaboration and key initiatives. This is an opportunity for someone who thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership, and enjoys building systems that scale. You’ll have immediate impact in a lean, multi-entity organization where your work will directly influence how the People team operates and supports the broader business. Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in project management, operations, or People Ops, or equivalent experience as a Chief of Staff, Operations Lead, or high-ownership executor
  • Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail
  • Known for follow-through and getting things done
  • Comfortable holding others accountable and pushing work forward
  • Strong communicator who can simplify complex information
  • High-ownership and proactive, with a strong bias for action
  • Able to operate in ambiguity and create structure where none exists

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting senior leadership or operating in a Chief of Staff capacity
  • Experience in fast-paced, multi-entity, or high-growth environments

Responsibilities

  • Drive Execution Across People Initiatives
  • Own end-to-end delivery of People initiatives from planning through execution
  • Translate high-level priorities into clear plans, timelines, and action
  • Identify risks early and keep work moving without escalation
  • Create Accountability and Visibility
  • Track progress across initiatives and ensure deadlines are met
  • Hold stakeholders accountable and surface blockers proactively
  • Provide clear, concise updates to leadership
  • Build Structure and Systems
  • Design workflows and tracking systems that reduce ad hoc communication
  • Implement SLAs, project tracking, and scalable processes
  • Leverage tools like ClickUp to create visibility across workstreams
  • Partner Closely with the CHRO
  • Manage and organize priorities, tasks, and key follow-ups
  • Act as a central point for incoming requests and prioritization
  • Draft internal communications and ensure alignment across teams
  • Coordinate Across Teams
  • Partner with People team leaders across HR, L&D, and Recruiting
  • Ensure alignment and follow-through across functions
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across stakeholders
