Sprig is looking for a People Operations Manager to help build and scale the people infrastructure behind a fast-growing company. This role sits at the center of how we hire, support, and develop our team as we grow toward the next stage of the business. You will operate as a true HR generalist, supporting the full employee lifecycle from recruiting coordination and onboarding to employee support, performance processes, and people programs. You’ll help ensure that our people systems, policies, and day-to-day operations run smoothly and consistently as the company grows. This is an ideal role for someone who has early experience in HR or People Operations and is ready to take on broader ownership. You should be comfortable balancing operational work with employee-facing responsibilities, and enjoy creating structure, clarity, and great employee experiences. You’ll partner closely with leadership, recruiting, and managers across the company to ensure that Sprig continues to attract great people, support them well, and operate with strong, thoughtful people practices. This is an in-office position requiring five days per week in our vibrant and busy downtown San Francisco office, conveniently located steps away from Montgomery BART/MUNI.
