We’re hiring a Miami-based Manager, People Operations to architect a friction-free employee experience powered by smart systems and elegant process design. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this role will obsess over every employee touchpoint — simplifying workflows, maximizing automation, and building scalable infrastructure that makes work easier at Hut 8. Some of the key responsibilities you should expect are the following: Redesign core employee lifecycle journeys (onboarding, promotions, transfers, leaves, off-boarding) with experience as the north star Lead hands-on implementation and optimization of Rippling — workflows, automations integrations, analytics Eliminate manual processes and build intelligent, automated solutions wherever possible Map employee journeys, identify friction points, and reduce steps to resolution Build mobile-first, self-service tools that empower employees and reduce dependency on HR Establish a single source of truth and dramatically improve data integrity and reporting Create real-time dashboards and accurate, trusted reporting for leaders Design scalable processes that support growth from 400 to 1,000+ employees Build compliance directly into workflows (I-9, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, multi-state requirements) so it’s automatic and seamless Enable Hut 8’s “very few managers” model through transparent systems, clear decision rights, and operational autonomy Partner cross-functionally (payroll, benefits, legal, operations) to ensure flawless execution
